Public Affairs is a key function that supports all other committees. By placing articles in local newspapers, our connection to the public is enhanced and our committee members are able to see the fruits of their work. The more articles, interviews and media "hits" our committee can generate, the more the public becomes aware of our presence and good works in the community. This committee attracts people who are good writers, good photographers, and good promoters of healthy relationships with local newspaper reporters and editors.
